Depending
on the BTS service you are using, you will be charged a monthly
subscription fee. This allows us to handle your transmissions at
extremely competitive rates. For a quotation, please contact our

Is there a discount for large volumes?
Our sales department can provide you with a list of our standard
rates. For large volumes that are handled via our platform, our
rates are very competitive. Details are available from our sales

do I send an e-mail, fax, telex or SMS message via BTS?
There
are various ways to send your message via the BTS platform. You
can use e-mail, fax or telex. You can send in messages for distribution
in the way you find most practical. For example, BTS can easily
convert your e-mail message into a fax mailing. Our team of operators
continuously monitors transmissions and you can easily have us incorporate
any last-minute changes.

I have a very large e-mail, fax, telex or SMS assignment. Can BTS
deal with it?
The BTS system is capable of sending extremely
large volumes of e-mail, fax and SMS messages. Our communication
platform includes extensive Internet bandwidth. That means you can
be sure that every addressee - whether there are dozens or hundreds
of thousands - will get your message on time and almost simultaneously.

BTS can also deal with small volumes quickly and conveniently.

I want to personalise the information in my e-mail, fax, telex
or SMS message. Can BTS take care of that?
BTS
can personalise your telex or fax messages. Fax messages can be
personalised by adding a header or footer, but you can also add
a personalised cover page. Telex messages can be personalised by
adding a banner line. It is not yet possible to personalise SMS
messages.

How do I know that my e-mail, fax, telex or
SMS message has been transmitted?
After transmission has been
completed, you will receive a report specifying the status of each
e-mail, fax or SMS message that we have sent on your behalf. This
service will soon also be available via the web.

What kind of information can I get about my e-mail,
fax, telex or SMS messages after they have been sent?
After transmission, you will receive
a status report. If required, BTS can also provide full overviews
of destinations and results and a detailed specification of the
costs.
