Will I have to sign a contract?
BTS Messaging Solutions will not require a contract. Apart from a small monthly subscription, there are no minimum or maximum charges.
However, BTS Coasting and e-SIS do require a contract. You will be asked ? after a short trial period ? to sign a contract for 12 months. For this first year, we charge a special introductory rate. After the first 12 months, 2 month?s notice of leaving the service is required.
Does BTS have a monthly minimum charge?
For each of our services, there is a monthly subscription. Because of this, we are able to offer you very low rates for the handling of your messages. For a personal quotation, just contact our sales department.
What are your prices? Do you offer discounts for larger volumes?
You can request a list of prices from our sales department. We are able to offer you very low discounted rates when you send large volumes of messages. More information on this subject is available from our sales department.
How do I sign up as a BTS customer?

What happens if I have a problem outside office hours?
You can contact BTS with any big problems after office hours. In case of emergencies BTS offers 24/7 assistance.
How do I send an e-mail, fax or text message using BTS?
There are many different ways to send your message through the BTS system. Simply send us the messages in the format which is most practical for you. We can convert from one format to another. For example, you can send us your fax mailing as an e-mail and we will simply convert it for you. A team of operators will monitor your mailings to ensure that they are sent out to the recipients. You can always rely on BTS if you have any questions or last minute changes.
I have a large e-mail, fax or text message mailing. Can BTS handle a large mailing?
The BTS system can handle very large amounts of e-mails, faxes and text messages. Our extended wideband communications systems will ensure that all addressees will receive your message on time and at the same time. This will happen even if there are thousands of messages to be sent.
I have a small e-mail, fax or text message. Will BTS accept it?
BTS will also take care of smaller amounts of e-mail, fax and text messages.
I would like to make the message in my e-mail, fax or text message more personal to the recipient. Can BTS do that for me?
BTS can take care of personalising your e-mail and fax messages. Your messages can be made more personal by adding a header and/or footer to your fax message, and a personal fax cover page is also an option. It is not yet possible to make your text message more personal.
How will I know if my e-mail, fax or text message has been sent?
After your mailing has been sent by us, you will receive a report showing the status of every e-mail, fax or text message. If a message could not be delivered, you will be informed about it.
What kind of information will I be able to receive concerning my sent e-mail, fax or text message?
After your mailing has been sent by us, you will receive a report showing the status of every e-mail, fax or text message. If requested, BTS will send you a complete destination and result overview and detailed cost breakdown.
